By using the AdriaLudi website and joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Service Description
AdriaLudi is a platform for organizing and managing beach volleyball tournaments in the Adriatic coastal region (Slovenia, Croatia, Italy). The platform is currently in the pre-launch phase; waitlist access is free.
User Accounts
To join the waitlist, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not: submit unsolicited or false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the service for any illegal activity.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on the AdriaLudi website are owned by AdriaLudi. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, or distribute our content.
Limitation of Liability
AdriaLudi is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. In no event shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
Changes to Terms
We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Slovenia.
