Waitlist form: email address, role (player/organizer/both), region, language, and optional country note. Contact form: name, email address, and message. We collect this data exclusively for platform operation and communication with you.

We use your data to: manage the waitlist and notify you about the platform launch, respond to your messages through the contact form, improve our service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Processors
We use the following service providers for platform operation: Convex (waitlist data storage), Web3Forms (contact message delivery), Vercel (website hosting). Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Waitlist data is retained until platform launch or until you request deletion. Contact messages are retained until your inquiry is resolved.
